This quick turnaround rate is partially due to the fact that our recruiters study each client's business. Even if we have extensive experience headhunting within a particular client's industry, we know that every business is different and every potential qualified job seeker, despite a resume, may not be qualified. For instance, just because a company is in social media this does not mean that they are good for any and all jobs within the vertical. Therefore, our headhunting team, prior to looking at resumes spends a good amount of time looking at our client's business model, their competition, their reputation within a particular industry, any press releases, backgrounds of management and more. Once we are done with this, finding the resumes for our recruiters is one of the easier parts of the hiring process. Most clients who work with us, are quite impressed with not only our accuracy, but our very rapid turnaround.
